By downloading, installing, or using Pure Keto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Pure Keto is a nutrition tracking and coaching app designed to help users follow a ketogenic diet. The App provides tools for meal logging, recipe analysis, food scanning, exercise tracking, and personalized recommendations powered by AI.

Not Medical Advice

Pure Keto is a wellness and nutrition tool, not a medical device. The information, recommendations, and AI-generated coaching provided through the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, or other medical conditions
• Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App
• Nutritional data provided by AI analysis is approximate and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements

Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and updating your profile
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted

Subscriptions & Payments

Pure Keto offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Paid subscriptions are managed through the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period (on iPhone, at least 24 hours before)
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies
• Free tier features may be subject to weekly usage limits that reset each Monday

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to provide medical or nutritional advice to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Abuse AI features by submitting inappropriate, harmful, or non-food-related content
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access

AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to analyze recipes, identify foods, and provide coaching suggestions. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies. Always verify nutritional information for critical dietary needs
• Is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness
• Should not be the sole basis for dietary decisions affecting medical conditions

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, and branding in Pure Keto are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission. Your user-generated content (meal logs, photos) remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Keto and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request data export before deletion

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
